James Rudd

 

James Rudd is a talented and experienced commercial and litigation lawyer at Sarinas Legal.

 

James holds a double degree in Law and the Arts from James Cook University with a major in Political Science and has received the LexisNexis Prize for highest grades. 

 

James has a strong reputation for achieving excellent results in litigation, commercial, franchising, succession, family law, and complex property transactions. James' clients appreciate his professional and calm manner, and his ability to explain legal concepts and advice in a way that is easy to understand whilst remaining a tenacious advocate for their legal rights.

 

In addition to his contributions in the office, James also represents Sarinas Legal as an active member of Business Network International, Townsville Integrity Chapter of BNI. James' unique flair and wealth of legal knowledge has seen him bestowed with several BNI awards from a large group of experienced business leaders.

 

When not hard at work at Sarinas Legal, James’ external interests include international politics - taking a particular interest in current European Union and Asian relations with Australia - and spending time with his young family.
